Thermal Expansion 4 Tesseract.

I'm slightly confused as to why if I have a power source going into one tesseract sending it and two tesseracts receiving it only one of the two receiving tesseracts is actually outputting power. I'm pretty sure this is just me failing at something, but I don't know what.

Could anyone give me any insight to why this is happening.

No idea. Are all three on the same frequency? Is the one set to recieve power?
