"The server must have JEI installed", and other mods not appearing in my revelations server

I've recently made a private ftb revelations server for me and my friends, but i've found some mods missing. So far, I've only found akashic tome and othet tutorial books missing, the gravestone for when you die missing, and when i press the "+" when trying to craft, it says "The server must have JEI installed". I checked my servers mods and it does have everything installed, yet it seem to appear on the server itself. With the akashic tome, it shows it avaliable to craft but when i actually try rafting it it doesn't appear. (pics show my items not going to a grave, the text saying JEI must be installed, and the akashic tome not being able to be crafted).

also just realized i reversed the bookshelf and book but it doesnt work the right way either LOLZ i apologize for that
