Ok. I double checked this time. You have Windows 7 32-bit. Therein lies the problem. Since your OS is 32-bit, your Java is 32-bit. All FTB packs other than FTB Lite 2 require 64-bit Java.
Your install path looks fine.
Do you get the same error when using FTB Lite 2? If so, can you try deleting everything related to FTB from your computer? Back up your saved worlds if you have any. Try a Windows search on "FTB" just to double check that you got everything.
Then do a clean install of Java 1.7u51: Uninstall Java 1.7u45. Restart. Install Java 1.7u51, make sure to get the "x86" version (offline or online should both work).
Then try a clean install install of the FTB launcher.
