the new TiC's configs

I think it was jaded who asked mdiyo if he could add some config options to Tinker's Construct, one of them is

B:"Enable Auto-Smelt and Fortune interaction"=false

this means when set to false, having fortune and auto-smelt on your pickaxe won't give you more ingots when mining an ore.
now I don't know if this is meant to be set to false in the new Unleashed public version, or if they didn't notice this config change.

That one wasn't requested by me. Its a fix for a current exploit when its combined with GregTech.

that is because gregtech adds smelting storage blocks. make iron block, pick it, and get 12 ingots... Greg wouldn't fix it on his end, so mdiyo did.

alright, good to know.
but since Unleashed doesn't have gregtech anymore, is that config option still meant to be set to false?
as it wasn't a problem in the past (except with GT installed ofcourse)

that was an oversight. It will be fixed when the packs are next updated according to Slow.

aah, good to hear. I was actually confused yesterday when I tried the auto-smelt+fortune pickaxe, and it did not give me more ingots.
luckily I knew mdiyo added some config options to TiC so I checked it out and found this
