The new FTBAPP does not Launch

Hello everyone,
I installed the new FTBAPP 2 days ago but it just doesn't want to start. I tried reinstalling the app and Java but nothing worked.
The error I am getting is:

My computer specs, if its needed, are:
Intel Core i7-3770K
8 GB of RAM
AMD R9 380

I need your help, I have seen another post with the same issue but there was no reply. I think it was because it was on the wrong page. I am sorry if this has been asked and fixed before but i haven't seen anything related to this.

On what drive did you install it because it said the same thing to me when it was on the C: drive the i deleted all files and installed on the D: drive and then it worked fine
