The launcher stays on Please Wait...

Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Hello, I just installed the launcher but when it opens it stays in Please Wait ... I have updated java (the version from 2 days ago) and I also have Minecraft installed. What could be the problem?
