The /help command doesn't work on server DW20 1.6.4

I'm not exactly sure what happens but I get this in the forgemodloader.log file when I type /help

and I get a message saying the command couldn't be performed

Sorry to bring this up, still no answers and I'm really in need of the commands, I know that a lot of tricks can be done with many mods, but if I can't list the commands with the /help, its a real problem to find what I can type...

Ya i have had this problem in 1.5.2 have not even tried in 1.6.4 yet it was only server side for me though so I always go to single player and do the /help from there quite annoying and I got no clue what the problem was as some times it even come back maybe for a hole day then do the same thing.

The most annoying thing is that it works on my test server that runs on my main machine, exact copy of the server we use on my brother computer (so its not host related I'm 100% sure of this)

Could be are both windows or is one of them running something else.

Both are Windows 7 64 bits computers, my main guess is that its Forge or one of the mod that makes the command not working, it works if I use MCPC+ but its so laggy with this release that I'm waiting for a better version of it, or a Forge Essentials edition that works for 1.6.4
