The ForgeModLoader state engine has become corrupted.

I was just playing FTB Ultimate on a server that has many 5 people on at its peak. Its on own separate box running Linux. I got this error while setting up some ME auto crafting patterns and such. Nothing unusual happened client side, just seems to be all server side. Any idea on what might of caused this and how to fix it?
