OK so you're getting this when you try to connect to a server I presume? I would guess there is a mod required by the server that you don't have turned on. Earlier this week when I was testing Monster I had a mod enabled on the server but not my client and I got a similar message when I tried to connect. I don't recall which mod it was, maybe Ender-net or something like that?
