Well, I wanted 1 ability that made stuff and 2 that interacted with them
I then decided that Hedrons would be a nice look for those items.
I then decided to call this character Nahiri while doing character building as it would speed things up (not having to care about names)
I then discovered that I couldn't work with the magic's I had in mind.
I fixed this by having my character be lightning based

Thus, that is how my char came to be.
