3DS BIOS

I've been trying to find a good 3DS emulator online. I'm not sure why I've been looking for one, though, since my computer can't even handle a normal DS emulator.

I have a DSi, but I lost the charger a while back, so I can't get it to turn on.

My PC has emulators for the NES, SNES, N64, GB/GBC/GBA, and DS.

I have only emulators for the n64 and GBA. I have an r4 for the ds though, however I now basically use it only for music.
