I belive there is a way to do it wtih mtg rules, the zombie and the werewolf part are hard unless there is an elf werewolf and you can turn it to a ninja

You could do it with enough copies of Xenograft and/or Conspiracy. I'm not sure about the double Zombie bit though.

But printing that on an actual card... Maybe in an Un-set.
