so i was playing around in cheat mode and built a nice little supply warehouse (power supply ,few quarry's and storage)

found the end portal but I accidently broke the portal blocks while in cheat mode and now when the the portal is rebuilt it doesn't work

is this world destined to be without a end?

The portal may not work if the frame blocks aren't facing the right way. Try placing them from inside the ring; that's always worked for me.

Also note that the portal probably will not form if you place down a frame that already has an eye in it. If that's what you did, pull an empty end portal frame out of NEI, place it down somewhere in the ring, and click it with an eye of ender.

rebuilt the port from inside out and now I have a working port
