In my Spanish class, there are 7 Juniors. 5 guys and 2 girls. The 5 guys are me and 4 of my best friends, it's like a friend circle. One of the girls is really cool and rather good looking, but she's had the same boyfriend for 3 years now so everybody has kinda given up on dating her. The other girl, well, let's just say I thought she was a freshmen. Turns out, I've gone to school with her since kindergarten. TIL.
Our group of 5 guys and the hot girl pretty much run the class, as the teacher doesn't speak fluent English and the rest of the class is freshmen/sophomore girls, no other guys.
Today, a sophomore girl whom sits next to me and is pretty cool (not bad looking either) was getting continuously texted by a guy whom she hated, but he had a mad crush on her. My group of friends took her phone for the whole class period and messed with him, telling him that she was actually dating me and has been for >6 months. He didn't believe us, so we set up a picture to fully convince him that his desired date to homecoming was not interested.
I'll interrupt the story here to tell you that I'm allergic to pine trees, which happen to be the most prominent tree in metro Atlanta. Needless to say, I looked higher than the moon all day long.
In picture #1 (there were two), I put my arm around the girl and kissed her in the cheek. In picture #2, I looked at the camera while she laid her head on my shoulder. You could clearly tell my eyes were bloodshot and glazed over.
Well, the plan worked. The boy who was texting her backed off, but he also tweeted the conversation and pictures on Twitter. My girlfriend's brother is apparently friends with the boy, and recognized me, and sent the pictures to my girl.
She didn't get the context of the problem, so I got an earful. She is also convinced I smoke pot now.
