Thaumium shovel that wont repair

Hello, So I have a thaumium shovel with repair 2 enchant that is not repairing at all. Its on the red zone and is just staying there. Currently I'm playing on FTB unleashed, but I had this issue when I was playing FTB lite as well in the previous patch version. Is this a known bug or something, because if so then there is no point for me getting thaumium tools anymore.

Give yourself a pair of Goggles of Revealing use them to see if the aura is recharging in your area. There was a problem before where the aura would not recharge the tools. In the config file for Thaumcraft there is a section at the end related to world gen. If i remember correctly you need to change the option I have highlighted below to force it to generate the chunks again so that the aura will work properly. I would recommend backing up your world before you do this.

Hope this helps. I believe that Azanor is looking into changing this mechanic because of this issue happening.
