Thaumcraft warded blocks gone?

Did thaumcraft 4 remove the unbreakable warded blocks? If so why?

Griefing concerns. Although I believe I heard they made a comeback in 4.1 with a new focus.

The glass still exists in the code. But you can't make them. I've had converted worlds with them keep them while the warded stone disappeared until I converted those IDs to colored clay.

Warded Blocks are now made by a Wand Focus, but they are definitely in 4.1

How do you make them?

You craft the Warding focus, equip it on your wand, and click on the block you want to be warded. Thus you can have a wide variety of warded blocks from dirt to chiseled stone patterns. If you ever want to remove the warded block, you just click it with the focus again to remove the ward.
