My world got currupted, 2º time it happens =(, now, did I lost all my thaumcraft progress? or i can copy a file or somth to get it back?

If you enable the cheat sheet in the Thaumcraft config you will get unfortunately all the research not just what you have done. Take regular backups of your world. Try the mod out below for saving your world.

I can't, when i open the world it just closes the console, instantantly so i can't even pulse the paste bin buttom

Try removing the enderstorage mod and see if it loads up. The re-add it and try to see if it loads and if not delete the enderstorge folder from your world save.
