Bug Thaumcraft research reset (Solved)

Started up FTB today to find my thauminomicon lose all of it's research for no reason. Everything has been reset. I have no idea why. I'm playing on 1.6.4. Is there any way to 1: Restore the research using a fix or 2: Cheat it back in?

cheat yourself a cheat sheet thaumonomicon (unlocks everything), also there's a mod that can give you 999 research points of each aspects. If you use it and set your config to easy research, then you can also cheat your progress in manually.
