Thaumcraft Problems

I have got some questions that need answering about thaumcraft. First of all, it said my flux levels are dangerous but I don't know how to get rid of it. Also, when I made my wand of the thaumatrage, my aura level went all the way from 411/412 to 236/412! Any ideas on how this happened and how to solve these problems, then please reply to this thread! Thanx!

To get rid of flux in an area you need to have a pure node in that area, and it will slowly get rid of the flux (silverwood trees create pure nodes when they grow).
