Thaumcraft Help: Alchemic Factory

Hey, so I tried to make an alchemic furnace pump out essentia and have it sort automatically, but it doesn't seem to be working out for me. I've tried between one-way essentia tubes and regular ones, and as you can see I've covered every aspect, and with filtering labels.

I need help figuring out how to get the essentia from the furnace to pump out and sort into the proper jar, but I also intend to put an alchemical construct on the other end, so that I might use the essentia I've sorted.

Can anyone help with this? I realize it may be difficult to help with and explain haha

I thought this wasn't feasible in the later modpacks cause of Azanor's anti-mass production feature in the new modpacks

Alchemical Golems are the only (practical*) way to sort "random" essentia. The suction mechanic in TC 4.1+ only allows a single type of suction to be visible at a time. It is possible to create dedicated machines that process known essentias - I have an array of 10 centrifuges linked with pipes and filtered pipes that on the one end accept machina and arbor (from burning buttons) and process it out into motus, aer, ordo, bestia, humanus, cognito, instrumentum and herba.

* There is a way to do it using redstone clocks on bellows I think to pump essentia between buffers until it finds its correct jar.

I'm not even going to bother using vanilla thaumcraft to automate essentia production
if you're on 1.7 and have AE2 installed, I suggest installing Thaumic Energistics

the lever pipe toggles when it receives a redstone signal and thaumic tinkerer adds computercraft support to many thaumcraft blocks. you could use this to create a factory of sorts. otherwise, your stuck with doing it by hand or with massive, unweildy vanilla redstone contraptions

i got a pech killer, dropping mana beans and got 51 alchemical furnaces each with AE inputting a single kind of mana bean per furnace. Thats how i do it.

Thank you all for the replies. Not all your solutions work for me (i.e. I suck at redstone), but I do appreciate it. The response speed on this forums is A+ as well.

wow let me simplify your setup epicly

essentia buffer with a bellows will pull essentia each jar gets its own buffer with an intermittent bellows( on a pump off a pump) in alternating orders with a 1 way path to each buffer essentaly you need to pass all the essentia to all the buffers in a loop that ends up with the essentia going back threw the tube thats over the ambelic labeling jars makes it run faster

Would have been useful to know that it was possible, but it sound a bit complicated. Thank you though.

It's actually an Aurora block from Twilight Forest (our server has a lot of mods). It's from the Snow Queen's palace, and they are about as hard difficult to mine as obsidian, but an Ender Quarry from Extra Utilities helps in the process ^_^


Anyway, Thaumic Energistics ended up being the ticket indeed. After I learned AE2 in its entirety, I've found that it makes everything very simple, and in fact, storing all this essentia has never been easier. Would be nice if it was more compatible with infusion, but that may be asking too much :3
