Thaumcraft 4 (Infusion Altar Problems)

I am having trouble in Thaumcraft with setting up the altar. I have followed around 5 different people during the altar and mine will not form. Can anyone help me with whats wrong? Sorry if this is on the wrong forum kind of new to posting threads

Your problem is that your wand is not full. You need 50 of each type of vis, and you are lacking the 50 ignis vis you need. If you fill it up fully, you should be able to make your altar.
