ThaumCraft 4 - How to Automate Thaumatorium ?

Hey All,
So FTB:Monster is now running ThaumCraft 4.1. Which changed the way essentia tubes worked now only allowing one type of essentia through the tube at a time. I understand this was to give golems more of a purpose and that doesn't bother me so much for infusion, but I don't see how the Automatic Thaumatorium is possible anymore? The old idea was to just have it draw upon your essentia reserves as it need them through the essentia tubes. How do you automate this now with the current situation of the tubes? I thought about having like 5000 valves that I would just have to manually turn on and off but then realised you can only connect a few pipes to the actual Thaumatorium its self.
How does one Automatically Draw upon your essentia for this to work efficiently?

Give each jar a separate pipeline leading to the thaumatorium. Also, I think it can draw from arcane alembics placed right next to it.

I don't think it was ever intended to be a 'hook the entire essentia system into it and forget' item in the first place. For me, it has two main uses-it allows you to carry out crucible crafting in a much less complicated, irritating way that doesn't produce flux or waste the aspects you throw in, and if there's something you're making a lot of, you can automate that single object using alchemical furnaces to provide the aspects and feeding the base item into it.

I've never needed a constant supply of anything from thaumcraft. I have 3 empty jars attached via tubes to mine, I just dump phials into them manually, works great.

You could have a large dedicated essentia production machine connected to warded jars. Then, you use golems to carry essentia to a bundle of jars, or, if you've got them, reservoirs. Then, more golems distribute essentia around the base. So you could then have labelled jars on different tubes into the Thaumatorium, the jars being filled by golems. In short, just have jars on multiple pipelines filled by golems.
