Well my brother and I were spending all day do Thaumcraft 4. We were almost done researching the essentia distiller. (We are new keep in mind) My brother was fixing to activate Praecantatio and the rune just dissapeared. It supposed to be were the circle is.

Trash that research sheet and start again. I've never heard of runes disappearing, but it's not going to be too big of a deal for you to redo it since you already know the aspects you're looking for.

Whoa. That's not good. Looks like a bug.

I 2nd @Tristam Izumi 's advice : trash sheet and start over. Short of that, you may try shutting down your client and re-starting it. It could be a simple client rendering bug or client-server sync. issue .
