Thaumcraft 3 Wand of the Adept

Hey all, I've been playing with the magic pack for quite a while, I've managed to get most of the researches (including hidden ones) but I can't -make- most of the stuff I researched cause I still haven't found the research for that wand. I've been using a ton of materials trying to find that one but no luck. I've used 2 stacks of flint, expecting that the Tool symbol would give it to me, but I didn't get anything.. Anyone has any idea? Or is it only possible to get it from NEI?

you get the recipe for it when you get the unified theory you have to flip the page on it to see the wand

Lol, I though I was the only one who did that. Took hours before I figured it out.

What exactly do you mean by flip the page? I've unlocked unified theory and I can see the recipe in the book, when I put the required items in the infusion alter the magic symbol appears bellow but no wand is there for me to take, im royally confused...

Uh, did you make another wand to power the infusion?

I did, I found out what the problem was, my crucible was too far away from the alter, for the "sacrifices"?? to work, thanks for the input...
