Operating System, bit type: Windows 7 (64bit)
Java version/update, bit type: Java 7 Update 51
Launcher version: 1.3.4
Completed the troubleshooting guide (y/n): y
Console log, pastebin.com link: http://pastebin.com/fYPEBbGG
Description of the problem:

Any modpack i try to use doesn't load any of the block textures, but items like a bow carried by a skeleton are visible and so are broken blocks.

This screenshot shows exactly what i see in-game at the moment: http://i.imgur.com/SpgoK57.png
The logs seem to suggest that for some reason MC is unable to load the textures. Just before the map loads, the screen shows a darkbrownish image across 90% of the screen.

I tried to reinstall the mod(s), updated Java from update 47 to 51, reinstalled java (64 bit), Installed previous video drivers (because i updated those before playing), rebooted, tried different texture packs (even the default one).

I hope someone has a solution for this, cause im clueless as to how to fix this.

Yes, 14.1 if im not mistaken. After i found out MC was being odd i reverted back to the last stable version, 13.x
They were the latest AMD Video drivers.

Yes its custom built by myself, videocard is an AMD Radeon HD 7970. Never had an issue like this with Minecraft (or FTB modpacks for that matter)

Try a different version of the drivers. I would go one back from the latest non beta one.

Have you ever had optifine installed or any mod e.g shaders mod.
