Texture Problem

im having a problem with my textures when i use FTB Ultimate or any form of FTB... when i open... for example... im using sphax's texture pack.... the food bar... login screeen.... menu/multiplayer , the chests .... when you click e the lay out looks like sphax but really isnt.... ... all of which look like sphax...but the grass/dirt/rock/ores/trees/breaking pattern/tools ... everything vanilla look default... when its suppose to be changed cus of the texture pack.... can somebody help me!!! thanks !!!

Your post is a little hard to understand. These are questions for clarification on what the problem is.

Is everything the default texture or just the vanilla items? If it is just the vanilla items then you probably only have the texture pack for the mod items, you need the base spax texture pack as well.

Are you using a HD texture pack? If so then you need to use Optifine. Click on the old versions spoiler and get 1.4.6_HD_U_D5 or 1.4.6_HD_D5

It might also be beneficial to redownload the texturepack and install it again. Providing a console log in debug mode copied to pastebin.com and linked here might not hurt either. Here is the guide to help with that.

like... i dont just use that texture pack... i also used faithful.. same thing happend... i have default textures for ores ingots blocks trees and tools...except the food bar... the hot bar... and the main menu... this all started when i joined a multiplayer server and that was the first time i downloaded optifine...its worked perfectly fine in the past without optifine...this is quite a conundrum... also the mob textures work... but everything else dosent
