Texture Packs and Maps are not displayed

The Texture Packs and Maps are not displayed in the Launcher. How can I fix this bug ?

same Problem here. actually I use the launcher 1.4.3.

Just download the tp and install it manually into the resourcepack folder.

To fix the problem with the Texture Packs and Maps are not displayed in the launcher you have to go to Options and set the language back to English (US).
Now all the TP and Maps are visible again.

At least it worked for me.
