Texture Pack Discussion

I often see discussion topics about texture packs popping up in the Texture Pack category.
instead of moving them or deleting them I thought how about making a subcategory, a Texture Pack Discussion category, where people can ask for questions, discuss about texture packs, or help eachother.

Seems good to me. People should have a proper place to discuss that kind of thing.
