Windows .exe Texture glitch w/ mod textures

This happens with almost any texture that is from a mod. It's especially noticeable on smooth basalt. The screenshots are with the Faithful FTB texture pack, and with the default texture pack. I've tried with connected textures on and off.

Any ideas?
