Testing HQM Map-It is not complete

Hello, This is my new HQM map "Buried at Sea" It is currently in EARLY alpha only download if you are willing to run into, and report bugs (this includes broken quests, major spelling mistakes, over powered rewards, and unbalanced aspects of the map in general) ATM i only have a few quests done but i will be adding new ones soon. (probably once a week or so) Now to tell you how to add new quests without starting over. You need to navigate to your minecraft file, config, HQM, and inside that folder there should be a file titled "hqm-quests." If you remove the old ones and add the new one i have posted, it "should" keep your progress. Just be careful DO NOT delete your old quest file until you are sure it works. If this process does not work, please tell me below and if you have any ideas on how to properly do it please tell me :). And with that here is the file below.
Also you will need to add forge yourself

I realize that allot of these mods are similar to Agrarian skies but they use allot of the good ones. Don't worry there are some i stuck in there to make it different

and this is how you install
First, I recommend MultiMC, after you install that click "Add new instance" make sure it is 1.6.4. Next click on the new instance but do not launch, then on the right side of the screen one button says "edit instance" then "add forge" click on the version on the very top. After this click close and go back to the main MultiMC menu. Next click on "instance folder" then open the folder called "minecraft" From there drag and drop the three folders that you downloaded. Thats it you are ready to play

@Jed566 I saw in your post in the other thread looking for some help. Specifically you need a server to host your map. I can help you with that. How much do you know about Linux servers? The one I have available is hosted at OVH.com in Candada. PM me if you are interested.

Two things I want to mention: First, it appears that sieving automation is disabled, not sure if this was your intention or not, seeing as how you basically want this to play like AS. Secondly, you might want to clear out the NEI search bar and top off our hunger before releasing the final version of the map. Although not really an issue, just wanted to point out if you wanted us to be serious about Botania it's going to be rather tricky, seeing as Pam's Harvestcraft's plants seriously nerf the spawn rate of it's flowers.

There is a flower in Botania that spawns botania flowers when i make the quests i will give some form of mana generation flower as a reward

Also that is odd, I cant seem to find where the config option for automated sifting, That was not my intention one of my quests even tells you to make an autonomous activator and a vacuum hopper

The file is Crowley Skyblock in the Config folder, check halfway down in the Options section for Sieve Automation Allowed, set it to True.

More importantly, it appears there are some ID issues, as there are some forestry recipes that are replaced by Pam's Harvestcraft ones. EX, the non-woven diggers backpack apparently crafts into beeswax.

The lack of bed rock was my intention. Now the id issues, that really annoys me, when I was building the pack I went through and fixed the ID conflicts that the game screamed at me. Hum is there a tool that will go through and detect things like this? If not i will need to go through the config files manually....and that would suck.


Also has anyone that has been playing found any of the hidden chests? If so do you think they are to OP?

Just a quick question, what's the point of no bedrock? If the only thing after the final layer is void, then why not have bedrock? Not having the bedrock layer just seems like an unnecessary annoyance imo.

That was kinda of the point, to be annoying but if you guys really dont like it i will probably change it. I will ask some of my friends that are testing what they think.

Also if anyone is an artist who would like to make a logo for me, please PM me

P.S. The new quests will be out in about a week, they will include more quests in chapter one, a more complete chapter two and I will begin work on magic a magic mod quest line

If anyone has any ideas for some type of ars magic quest line, I want encourage use of the mod but I dont really have any good ideas for a basic quest line.

I will go ahead and upload a new version with fixed IDs and bedrock layer later today. In fact this would be a great time to see if you can move completed quests to a save with new quests added

Hello all, The link has been replaced with a new one that gives a full chapter of new quests and a few ones added to the first chapter. It also includes a bedrock layer and the removal of the village in the distance. But wait there's more, I have added 10 bonemeal into the starting chest so you dont need to wait for that first tree to grow.

Hmm, not sure the link is working. I've even made a clean, new instance installation and still end up getting the old map.
