I am having trouble getting my energy tesseract to work. I have looked around for other people with this, and nothing seems to work. I have a pair of energy tesseracts hooked up to a quarry on the output and 16 stirling engines on the input. I have set the engine side to send only and the quarry side to recieve only. I have a chunk loader on both sides, encasing the entire area I use. I am having no problem with setting up item tesseracts for the items to go from quarry to house. I have redstone mode disabled on both ends. The MJ will simply not flow to the input tesseract, as if it's not drawing any. The multimeter says it isn't. The distance is about 250 blocks. I tried right-clicking on it with a stick (the debug feature), and I think the feature was removed, since it simply opened the GUI for the tesseract, same with shift-right-click. I am playing SSP on FTB Unleashed for 1.5.2, and it is the latest version. I did change some of the config but nothing for Thermal Expansion or Buildcraft, only Biomes o' Plenty and MPS. Any ideas? I'm pretty much stumped.

Do you have the frequency saved and set on both ends for the energy tesseract? It doesn't look like it from the pictures and if the frequency isn't set on both ends they won't draw or send power. Also you can place the tesseract on the recieving end directly on the quarry no need for pipes.

I also saved and set the frequency on both ends earlier. That didn't work so I deleted the setting. It was set to 1 on both sides ("Frequency: 1"). The pipe is there so I can see the energy going through.

When the tesseract has a setting and is active the frequency shown should be highlighted. Make sure you don't have it next to a redstone signal as it may interfere with it. Just set it to ignore a redstone signal if that is the case.

Yep, checked all of those again, with the new modpack version, and still not working. I tested the same thing with item tesseracts agian, and it still works, so not a problem with loaded chunks.

Figured it out. I had to hook up the quarry right next to the tesseract, no conductive pipes. Apparently it doesn't like those.
