My friends and I have a FTB server (I'm running it) version 1.5.2. I've noticed recently that there were not any teleport pipes of any sort. This is pretty frustrating as it is making it very difficult to set up quarries and such. I've been looking all over to download the mod separately but nothing seems to work. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Yup, it's part of Thermal Expansion.
Alternatively, you could use Ender Chests (vanilla or better versions from EnderStorage mod) or Magic Mirrors (Thaumcraft) or Railcraft + tracks going through a Mystcraft portal. There's several ways to move things quickly over large distances or across dimensions.
Teleport pipes have not been widely used since the 1.2.5 days. Most mods have the same functionality:
Thermal Expansion
EnderIO
Mekanism
ResonantInduction (see above)
MFFFS to an extent
Gregtech
IC2... not really
Computercraft....again, ish
EnderStorage
Applied Energistics
And many more, I got lazy.
If you want, reply with any mod you are unfamilliar with and I'll point you to the wiki and show you how to teleport stuff.
EDIT: Don't get me wrong, Teleport Pipes still exist, just not used often
