TekkitCustomizer Plugin for Direwolf 1.7

I need to ban certain items from my server, Trying to get tekkit Customizer plugin to work but still no luck
I am running Direwolf(1.7) latest build. Unfortunately the creator of this plugin is not replying when I asked him to update it.

Anyone recommend a plugin like this, or have a good working .jar file i can have?

Depending on what items you want to ban you can either disable the crafting of those items in the mods config file, or use Minetweaker to remove the recipes. http://minetweaker3.powerofbytes.com/

The plugin dont need update. im running FTB infinity 1.7.10 and the plugin work's just fine.
Here is a little preview of only a little of my config file.

OwnershipBanned:
    - 1224:0:World Anchor:Causes Server Lag
    - 1224:2:Personal Anchor:Causes Server Lag
    - 2315:0:Chunk Loader:Causes Server Lag
    - 1520:10:Chunk Loader:Causes Server Lag
    - 6590:49:Chunk Loader Module:Chunk Loaders are banned - Causes Server Lag, sorry.
    - 1196:0:BC Quarry:Use an Ender Quarry instead.
    - 211:0:Nuke:Causes insane amounts of server lag, and a metric ton of destruction.
    - 4337:0:Matter Cannon:Potential to Grief.
    - 1490:0:All Advanced Turtles:Banned because of Mining turtlem which can grief.
    - 1488:1:Basic Mining Turtle:Can grief.
