Windows .exe Tekkit Server Transfer?

So, I'm new to FTB, adn wondering, if I took a tekkit server, could it be converter to FTB, or would it take too much? I have a server of about 35 people, and I don't want to destroy all the work put into it just to be able to move up to newer editions.

Basic answer - No.
Deep answer - Tekkit includes a lot of mods that are not yet in FTB, or won't be added. if you compare the modlist for the two, you will see that tekkit has redpower 2, EE2, Balkons Weps, Tubestuff, Nether Ores, Wireless redstone, And power converters. All of these are not included yet in FTB, or never will be. Tekkit is also a dead project, so you might want to talk to your users about changing packs regardless.
