Summary of the problem TechReborn Iridium Ingot Uncraftable

Pack Version 1.3.0

What is the bug? Tech Reborns Iridium Ingot is uncraftable and unattainable. You can find the nuggets in dungeon loot, and the ore from Environmental Tech's Void Ore Miner but there is no way to smelt or refine it into ingots - thus making any recipe that uses it uncraftable as well.
