Hi,

I Tech World 2 discovered for myself, find it really good. But here then ask a few questions.

When will there be an update for the server to 1.1.4?

Is there a wiki where already explained everything in it? preferably in German

Is this mod pack still in development or was it discontinued?

Are there any tutorials on BigReactors, Craft Reactor .... just about all mods? preferably in German

And yes, I know there is Google, but since I can only find things in English or just ones that do not really help any further.

And excuse my bad english, I never learned it.
 
I have a google translator used to post this thread, but I did not want a link to a google translator, I would have answered these questions.

The pack is still getting updated.
Slowking's comment refered to going to the FTB Wiki or one of the mod's forum posts and using Google Translate.
A server update should come soon.
I can get some great tutorials on Big Reactors.... in English.

Have a few more questions about Tech World 2, namely:

1 All machines of thermal expansion, Industrial Craft, Craft Rotary ... have no sound when I build it and operate, should that be so? or you can set the in some config file? and if so, how?
 
Most machines have sound purposely turned off in the config files, although machines from Thermal Expansion have no sound to begin with. I know for a fact that IndustrialCraft sounds are turned off because they're insanely annoying.
 
IDK how annoying they are, but how does it compare to the combination of Mekanism and RotaryCraft?

Another question about server setting / configuration, there are a few tip to get the server stable / run better? Or the plug-ins that improve performance? Would be really great if there's me who could help.

Opis is great for finding sources of lag. Also, keeping the view distance server side on four can increase performace, as it decreases the amount of chunks kept loaded by players at a time. TickThreading is a bukkit plugin(which can be run with MCPC) that can also help increase server performance. Having a SSD or having a few hard drives set in Raid 0 or 5(5 is better) can majorly improve chunk loading.
