I clicked the arrow to open the interface while items are pass but it crashed my game. İ tried to open my game but it crashed everytime. This happened me 2 times before. I solved it thought. I disabled TE3 then logged in the world. This is so annoying because all my progress have gone.

Perhaps you should have listened when it recommended you update TE3? This conflict was specifically solved in later versions to prevent exactly what happened to you from happening.

I'm playing recommended DW20 pack. Do you mean full release TE3 ?

beta10 actually was the release that fixed it, but yes, the full release of TE3 includes said fix. I do recommend reading Jaded's notes on updating so you know what to expect.

If you want to still play your current world, you have two options to my knowledge. One is to remove Thermal Expansion then load in the world, which will force all TE3 items and blocks to be removed from your world. The second is to go in with MCEdit and remove the offending conduit(s).

I am not sure I would recommend the MCEdit route.

I encountered another itemduct issue and did my regular "go in with MCEdit, remove the offending block" and ended up with a scrambled chunk. Wood slabs converted to track, grass converted to emerald blocks (ok, that part was pretty cool), iron chests replaced with, well, air...

At minimal, backup your world before editing it.
