Hello everyone,

Im using a mcpc+ server to run a combined ftb/bukkit server. So i can use Mods like towny/ worldedit etc.

Towny is configured not to allow mobspawn in towns. This works quite good, but Blue Slimes continue spawning.

How can I make use of the towny rule to the tconstruct mobs. And if u dont know any possibility: is there any workaround? If there is no way: can i remove blue slimes completly?

Ty for help in advance.

Magnum torches from Extra Utilities. They stop mob spawns in a 64x64x64 area, so you can hide them under the town to prevent mob spawns.

Well this would work, but i think its only an emergency solution if there are no other ideas. I would like if could archive the goal without actually use block or change anything in the world. I would preffer a solution that works with configuration.

I'm not sure of anything else that would work. Mods don't play well with Towny.

if i understand townis config right: Mincarft has an isntant or object thats called "Monsters". And towny disables this or forbids spawn for everything thats in it. is there a way to get the Blue SLimes into this object? all the new boss mobs and other new added mobs [wisp/ angry zombies ender tot's etc.] seem to fall under that category as they dont spawn with townys restriction

Or just build a 2 high fence around the base, a slime will hop over single fence but stack 2 fences & your good, that way you dont get slime jockeys up in your face, my base I dont even use doors as mob cant spawn inside & for the most part cant get near for creeper/slime jockeys to go off, plus with any enchanted or high end boots doors/plates are a pain anyway..
