[TC4] unenchantable chestpiece?

Hello! I was playing FTBLite with gc4 and a few other mods added(namely IC2 Exp. And computercraft) and tried using an openblocks autoenchanter on a thaumium chestplate. I enchanted some boots just fine, I have the internal tank on the enchanter full and an external tank hooked up via fluiducts. Any ideas on what is wrong? I also have a few bookshelves around the enchanter.

I've just found Open Blocks' version of LiquidXP to be not as good as immibis' original LiquidXP mod. You never have these issues with the original and there's more control. I'd suggest using immibis' LiquidXP or using the MFR auto-enchanter.

Cant do that since im on a server, and it worked fine with boots. Repair 3 Projectile protection 4, just cant get the chestpiece to work. I even enchanted a suit of iron armor(minus boots) and it worked. I just do not feel like making another enchantment table

Weird. It's not damaged is it? Stupid question I know but I'm grasping at straws.
