TARDIS mod key not working

After hours spent hunting for a Kontron Crystal, I craft my TARDIS key, right-click with it, and nothing happens. I tried clicking on a block and in the air to no effect.

I'm using TARDIS mod version 0.994-124-DS and DarkCore version 0.3-86
 
Ok, I figured out that it's only in my one world where it doesn't work, and the reason is that I had a TARDIS previously, but at one point I uninstalled the TARDIS mod and it got erased. Now I've reinstalled it, and I think my player is still linked to the old TARDIS - that doesn't exist anymore. Is there any way to reset the flags or whatever so i can get a fresh TARDIS?
