Taking Hunger Out of BnB

I love the idea of ultra-hard modpacks but I can never get enough food and are killed by hungers in a few minutes without help from the mods again...

Is this one mod which adds this and could I take this out of the modpack?

Remove Hunger Overhaul and the Spice of Life. That should solve your problem. Don't worry, I don't like these mods either.
