The item you are looking for is the Export Bus:

Set it to extract only Yellorium and you are good to go, make sure to have lots of storage on the other side if you have a lot of Yellorium in your system. maybe use a Compacting Drawer, or a regular 1 slot Drawer with some upgrades to ensure there is space for all your Yellorium
