Title system requirements for modded minecraft packs

Details of the issue My computer spec's:
i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00Ghz
8192 MB RAM
SD Memory harddrive
Radeon RX 480 4044MB Ram to Graphic card
Java 8
DirectX 12
Win 10
I can play modded minecraft as Project Ozone lite or Sky Factory 3. But if i try something like FTB Infinty, FTB Beyond, FOOL CRAFT, Forever stranded LOST SOULS. It crashes or laggy as hell.
What can I do about this problem? I was thinking of buying or upgrading my computer on monday. But I don't really know if it is my computer specs or something else. Hopefully someone here can tell me what to do. Thank you for helping me.
