System cannot find file

Details of the issue When i run ServerStart on any FTB server i get the same message
"The system cannot find the file specified.
The system cannot find the file specified.
Make sure to read eula.txt before playing! Exiting."

I have the eula set to true, i have tested running a vanilla server and it starts fine in the same location, tried with forge, all works. when i run any FTB serverstart bat file i get that same message, no error, no crash reports no log files.

Any idea as to what is causing this?

How do you the command?

Can you try running it through command line?
