Hi Everyone,

Matt here (A.K.A Syn) and I would like to invite you to watch my new FTB survival series. I am currently playing the FTB Mindcrack mod pack. Just me and the world going toe to toe with the help of some others. I really enjoy playing Minecraft and especially FTB and can be a bit derpy at times but that is what makes this game fun. Episode 1 - Part 1: I along with another newbie Ziz get to making some automated farms and explore our base.

Episode 1 - Part 2: Bring out the Logger - After regrouping I am back at it to finish off the arboretum and logger combo.

Episode 2: All this for an Advanced Electric Jetpack - Ziz and I decide that a jetpack just doesn't cut it so that only means that we have to make an Advanced Electric Jetpack.... but we need more materials so exploring we go and we find something, something amazing.

Episode 3: Bigger is always better - Coming off the high of building an Advanced Electric Jetpack, pun intended. I look towards the future with the increased power needs that the base will require.. more biomass.. Bigger tanks and BIGGER biogas engine banks. As we know bigger is always better.

Episode 4: Advanced NanoChest Plate and Blast Furnace - I go through some of the new changes which have been implemented by Gregtech in the latest update and head back into the Nether to get materials for a Blast furnace to make Steel.

I have just released Episode 5 - Assembling and Spinning lava - It is time to start making use of some of the GregTech machines that make IC2 components cheaper and get into building an industrial centrifuge to start spinning some awesome lava.

The next Episode of Syn's Feeding the Beast is out: Ep 9 Gunpowder, explosions and Iridium Nuggets - I show Ziz some amazingly spawned Iridium ore, build a creeper dungeon and get on with imploding and industrially grinding ores to get more Iridium. I hope you enjoy it.

Episode 11 is out and its called Advanced Solar Panels and Storage Solutions where I scrape together my first few UU-matters and get on with power production in the form of an Advanced Solar Panel and finish up the Storage room, because well you can never have enough storage. I hope you enjoy it.

Episode 12 is out and its all about Hybrid Solar Panels and Interior Decorating - We gather together the precious UU-matter to make Sunnarium in order to pull together the first of hopefully many Hybrid Solar Panels. Later we look around the base after Ziz has made a few internal changes that are for the better. I hope you enjoy it.

Hey everyone,

In the latest episode we looked at making a fully automated sugarcane farm that is sent to a fermenter to make more biomass. Episode 13 - Fully Auto Sugarcane Harvester and Fermenter Combo: We get down to the more important things in life.. having lots of biomass to burn because we are a long way from green power. We build an automated system to turn sugarcane into biomass with minimal input from us. I hope you enjoy it.

Hey everyone,

I have been uploading the videos but haven't had time to update the forums, but check out these episodes and to be up to date please subscribe.

Episode 17: Warded blocks, the Wither and Portal Guns - We prepare for a fight against the Wither and make a sturdy room to house it in and as long as we don't have too much trouble with it then we will get onto making a portal gun.

Episode 18: Wither Skeleton Spawner and the Enderdragon - I show you around the purpose built Wither Skeleton spawner and then a fair few of us from the TorporaCraft server get on with it and take on the Enderdragon.

Episode 19: Nether Hubbing it - We begin work on the Nether Hub and start off by clearing and flattening an area and then let the creative juices flow.

Episode 20: Distilling Biomass and Steam Boilers - We look at being more efficient with the Biomass that we make so it is time to make a still to distill it. An additional step needed is to build a liquid fueled steam boiler to use the newly created Biofuel.
