Switching Server Packs?

I originally installed direwolf20 pack on my server. We decided we wanted Gregtech and to get rid of EE. Would it be possible to uninstall direwolf20 pack and install mindcrack without losing all of our stuff? We have some forestry, IC2, Buildcraft stuff built so far.
 
Switching .jars SHOULD work if the configs are, in any way, based on each other.

But I don't know if the configs are based on each other.
