Switching Computers

I pulled my ultimate ftb server off 1 computer and installed it on another now it wont start when i hit the start bat cmd just flashes and wont start. works justfine on my other computer im trying to installv it on a HP of of a newer gateway i want to use the older hp as my server host computer.
help please

You said you use a Bat file? Is so , could you rightclick the bat file and select edit and place Pause at the very bottom of the file , on a new line. Then run the bat and tell us the error that comes up.
