Windows .exe Super Slow Chunk Loading

After I updated to .12 the chunk loading has been horrible for me.
I literally has to enter the chunk for it to load at all, this picture tells it all:

Its starting to get really annoying and a restart didnt help it...

Try Eyamaz's Java Arguments and dedicate around 2.5-3 gigs to MC if you haven't already.

Just tried it, didnt change anything it seems.

I set the parameters in the FTB launcher :/

Try pressing and holding F3 then press a which reloads the chunks.
