super low fps with same error repeating in console

Yes, your version of Optifine is not the right one. Nothing below D3 works correctly with the current versions of the modpacks.

Same thing here! But I'm using optifine HD_U_D5 For minecraft 1.4.6/1.4.7. I will try without optifine and report back.
EDIT: Well, that went quickly. All I needed was a FTB restart. Huh ._.
