Super low fps an laggin on PC

Details of the issue:
my specs: AMD FX8320 Oc 4.0, 16gb ram 1600mhz and an AMD 7970 last drivers. and im getting 24fps and lower, my base isnt so tech intensive. its on the begginins even. i dont have entities arrownd. idk why i have so low fps. i low all the graphical settings and im using faithful 32 moded version, i allocated 4gb ram. Any suggestion tweak or something?. i know my pc isnt super powerfull but i think it should be able to play minecraft at least 30+ fps . Thanks and sorry for the bad english​
